Founder and Head Architect

Merujan graduated from Kharkov National University of Construction and Architecture, in Ukraine, in 1987. Following his brief internship working with former professors in Limassol, Cyprus in 1988, he began his professional career by founding his own architectural firm ‘Architetct Merujan Sarkisian’, gradually leading to its expansion to the firm ‘M+N Sarkisian Architects’ known today.

With almost thirty years of professional experience in the discipline of architecture, Merujan brings a great variety of expertise to the firm. He has worked intensely on various commercial projects, ranging from restaurants, café, office buildings, sport centers to luxury villas and housing residences. His aesthetics are mostly classic architecture.

With emphasis on customized housing projects he has become recognized as one of the finest architects of custom residences in Cyprus. He has engaged with and is involved in on-going major projects in multiple countries around the world, such as Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, amongst others.

Throughout his career, he has had opportunities to develop his knowledge and apply the principles of sustainability and environmentalism by using eco-friendly building materials, a growing trend in clients’ request.

He speaks fluent Russian, Armenian, Greek and English.
